• When booking, add the total square feet (finished and unfinished) when selecting the job size. This allows enough time to capture the property correctly.

• Please make sure the property is ready for photos before booking.

 

Good to know

• Photos are guaranteed 24–48 hours after the appointment for homes up to 3,000 sq ft with no add-ons. Larger homes and add-ons may take a little longer. We do our best to deliver in under 24 hours.

• If the home isn't ready when we arrive, we'll try to reach the scheduling agent. If we can't reach you, we'll capture the property as is unless there's a safety or health issue.

• A $70 rescheduling fee plus any travel fee applies if the home isn't ready for photos on arrival.

• If weather looks bad, we'll reach out to the listing agent within 24 hours of the appointment to offer a free reschedule.
