What we'll ask when you book

• The project address, the type of project (whole home, kitchen, bath, or commercial interior), and the rooms to cover.

• Your priority shots: hero rooms, vignettes, and the details you're proudest of, like finishes, millwork, and custom pieces.

• How you'll use the images: website, social, print, publications, or awards.

• Whether the architect, builder, or vendors want to share the shoot and the images. This is easiest to plan before the shoot.

• Who's handling styling (you, a stylist, or both), plus homeowner access and timing.

• A few phone snapshots of the finished space, or a quick walkthrough, if you can.

 

How to prepare

• Make sure the install is complete, with no pieces still on order, missing hardware, or punch items in key rooms.

• Clean thoroughly the day before: floors, glass, mirrors, and every surface.

• Steam bedding, drapery, and upholstery. Fluff pillows and throws.

• Bring your styling: fresh florals or greenery, books, accessories, and a few extras so we can swap items between shots.

• Put away personal items, cords, small appliances, remotes, and everyday clutter.

• Check that every bulb works and the colors match. Know how to run the fireplaces, shades, and lighting controls.

• Ask the homeowner to plan around the shoot: no other vendors on site, pets settled somewhere safe, and cars out of the driveway.

• Expect small adjustments on site. We may nudge accessories or furniture for the camera, and we'll put everything back.

• Every project is quoted individually, based on the number of rooms, the level of detail, and how the images will be used. Book below or call 423-794-8640 to talk through your project.

• Portfolio shots take more time per room than listing photos. We'll estimate the shoot length together so you and the homeowner can plan the day.

• Sharing with an architect, builder, or vendor? Tell us before the shoot so we can set it up for everyone up front.

• Turnaround depends on the number of images and the editing involved. You'll get a delivery estimate with your quote.
