What we'll ask when you book

• The project address and type: new build, remodel, addition, or commercial build.

• Approximate square footage and lot or site size.

• What you need: finished-project photos, before/after, aerial progress, video, or a mix. Tell us if it's a one-time shoot or recurring visits (weekly, monthly, or by phase).

• How you'll use the images (website, listings, social, owner or lender updates, awards), and whether anyone else on the project, like the designer, architect, or suppliers, will want to use them too.

• A site contact, gate or lockbox codes, parking, and any site safety rules or required PPE.

How to prepare

• Finish the punch-list items that show on camera: switch plates, outlet covers, trim, hardware, and light fixtures.

• Clear tools, ladders, materials, packaging, and debris from inside and outside.

• Move dumpsters, porta-johns, trailers, job signs, and vehicles out of sight, including the driveway and street frontage.

• Peel stickers, protective film, and blue tape off windows, appliances, and fixtures.

• Do a final clean: floors, glass, counters, and stainless.

• Check that every light works, with matching bulbs in each room. Set blinds to the same height and turn ceiling fans off.

• Get the outside ready: driveway poured or swept, sod or seed and mulch down, lawn mowed, beds tidy.

• For progress visits, just let us know about restricted areas, active work zones, cranes, and where to park.

• If the landscaping or final clean isn't done yet, it usually pays to wait. Finished exteriors make the photos work much harder for you.

• Exteriors and drone work depend on the weather and the sun. We'll help pick the best time of day for your home's front, and we'll reach out to reschedule if the weather turns.

• Turnaround depends on the scope. You'll get a delivery estimate with your quote.
