What we'll ask when you book

• The business name, property address, and type of space: office, retail, restaurant, hotel, industrial, or a property for lease or sale.

• Approximate square footage and the areas to cover: exterior, interiors, aerials, and details.

• What the images are for (website, Google Business Profile, social, a leasing or sales listing, print or ads) and any must-have shots.

• Photos, video, or both, and whether you need vertical versions for social.

• Your preferred timing: before or after business hours for empty spaces, or during hours if you want staff or customers in the shots.

• An on-site contact, plus access details like keys, alarm codes, and gated or restricted areas.

 

How to prepare

• Book around your quietest time. Before opening or after closing works best for clean, empty spaces.

• Give staff, tenants, and security a heads-up about the date. Anyone working in a space may be asked to step out of frame for a moment.

• Clear desks, counters, and checkout areas of paperwork, cords, personal items, cleaning supplies, and trash cans.

• Clean windows, glass doors, floors, and the entry. Tidy the parking lot and sidewalks.

• Move cars, delivery trucks, and dumpsters away from the front of the building. Do it the night before for early-morning shoots.

• Make sure signs and interior and exterior lights all work. Take down outdated flyers and temporary banners.

• Retail: face and fill your shelves and displays. Restaurants: set a few tables, polish the bar and glassware, and have any featured dishes ready.

• Have keys and the light and blind controls ready. We may shift a chair or table for a cleaner shot, and we'll put it back.

• Every project is quoted individually, based on size, the number of areas, and deliverables. Book below or call 423-794-8640 to talk through your project.

• Exteriors and aerials depend on the weather, so it helps to have a backup date in mind. Interiors can often go ahead as planned, and we'll come back for the outside.

• If you want staff or customers in the photos, let us know ahead of time so everyone is comfortable being photographed.

• Turnaround depends on the scope. You'll get a delivery estimate with your quote.
